AMARU DUBAI LAUNCHES AMIGOS BRUNCH

Dubai's brunch scene is getting a Latin American twist this summer as AMARU Dubai launches Amigos Brunch, a new weekly experience bringing together bold flavours, handcrafted drinks and an energetic soundtrack in the heart of Souk Madinat Jumeirah.

Launching this July, the brunch takes place every Saturday from 3pm to 7pm, inviting guests to embrace the warmth, vibrancy and social spirit that defines Latin American culture. Designed to seamlessly transition from a relaxed afternoon into an upbeat weekend gathering, Amigos Brunch blends exceptional food with live entertainment and an immersive atmosphere.

At the heart of Amigos Brunch is a menu inspired by the diverse flavours of Latin America, showcasing premium ingredients and fire-led cooking techniques across a series of sharing dishes and signature mains.

The experience begins with appetisers including Guac-Guac, Cancha Chulpe and Edamame, before moving into fresh seafood dishes such as Pacific Gold Ceviche and Octopus Causa.

Guests can then enjoy a selection of signature bites including the Slow Cooked Beef Taco, Arepa Reina Pepiada, Harvest Empanada and Shiitake Anticucho, before finishing with hearty mains such as the restaurant's renowned 36-Hour Asado Negro and Pollo a la Brasa.

Sides including Truffle Corn and Parmesan Fries complete the savoury offering before dessert arrives with Dulce de Leche Fondante and classic Alfajores, providing a sweet finale to the afternoon.

Guests can tailor their brunch experience with two beverage packages.

The Amigos Package, priced at AED 350, includes house spirits, wines, prosecco and beer, while the Premium Package, available for AED 499, upgrades the experience with premium spirits, an expanded wine selection, beers and a curated cocktail menu.

Classic serves include Margaritas, Palomas, Negronis and Espresso Martinis, alongside AMARU's signature 43 Spritz.

Music plays a central role throughout the afternoon, with a rotating lineup of DJ Deekaz, DJ Haks, Jevanni Letford and DJ Wynton Harvey providing the soundtrack each week.

Blending Latin rhythms, R&B, Hip-Hop, Afrobeats, Amapiano and Dancehall, the DJs create an atmosphere that evolves throughout the day, transforming the brunch into a lively Saturday celebration.

Located within the picturesque surroundings of Souk Madinat Jumeirah, AMARU combines contemporary interiors with Latin American influences to create a dining experience built around sharing, connection and celebration.
