AMSTERDAM DANCE EVENT ADDS ERIC PRYDZ, BEN KLOCK, MACEO PLEX AND MORE TO 30TH ANNIVERSARY LINE-UP

Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) has revealed the second wave of artists for its huge 30th anniversary edition, taking place across Amsterdam from October 21 to 25, 2026.

More than 1,500 artists have now been confirmed, with Âme, Bad Boombox, Ben Klock, CARISTA, DJ Stingray 313, Eric Prydz, HAAi, Hunee, Kittin & The Hacker, Maceo Plex, Max Cooper, Miss Monique, Paul Kalkbrenner, Scooter and Todd Terry among the latest additions.

And that's still less than half of what's planned. The completed ADE 2026 programme is expected to feature more than 3,300 artists across over 200 venues throughout the city.

For its 30th year, ADE is continuing to push beyond traditional club programming, bringing electronic music together with visual art, performance and immersive technology.

Boris Acket will present his monumental EINDER installation, while Het Nationale Ballet and ISH Dance Collective will open ADE with Swan Lake Remixed for ADE.

The Dome Concerts will also return to ARTIS Planetarium and expand to Fabrique des Lumières, with performances from Max Cooper, Colin Benders and more. The newly opened ARTIS Aquarium will also become part of the programme with an immersive 4DSOUND experience.

Amsterdam's iconic Gashouder will once again play a major role in the week, hosting shows from Eric Prydz, Armin van Buuren B2B Benwal, Job Jobse and MOCHAKK CALLING.

Elsewhere, Paul Kalkbrenner will bring his live concert show to Theater Amsterdam alongside Loveland, while Scooterwill take over the Ziggo Dome for SCOOTER CRUSHES ADE.

Several of ADE's biggest promoters have also revealed their programmes. Awakenings will stage eight shows at the SugarFactory featuring names including Adam Beyer, Ben Klock, DJ Gigola, DJ Heartstring, Jeff Mills, Prospa and JakoJako.

SPIELRAUM 55HRS heads to Club RAUM with BASHKKA, Dasha Rush, DVS1, Mary Lake, Octo Octa and more, while Audio Obscura has announced over 40 artists including Amelie Lens, Bad Boombox, Patrick Mason B2B SPFDJ and WhoMadeWho.

Away from the dancefloor, ADE Pro Conference will once again bring together artists, executives and technology leaders to discuss the future of electronic music.

Jean-Michel Jarre and Lady Starlight will explore the relationship between music and machines, while Marcel Dettmann and Luciano will discuss more than three decades of electronic music.

One particularly timely session, Artists on AI: No-BS Roundtable, will bring together Boys Noize, BT, Dave Clarke, Mathame and Portrait XO to examine the growing influence of artificial intelligence on music.

SoundCloud will discuss breaking independent talent, while Google DeepMind will explore the future of music in the AI era. Believe founder and CEO Denis Ladegaillerie, manager Troy Carter and representatives from Warner Music are also joining the conference programme.

ADE Startups will return too, selecting eight music-tech companies for its Chorus founder programme: nowon, Smash, Sonura, AIDAR, Groovian, Exibeat, EventSynth and zig~zag.

First launched in 1996, Amsterdam Dance Event has grown from an industry gathering into one of the most significant weeks on the global electronic music calendar.

A dedicated 30 Years of ADE discussion will bring together figures from across its history, including Anna Knaup, Maria Jimenez, Richard Zijlma, Jan-Willem van de Ven, Gary Smith and Mariana Sanchotene, moderated by Dave Clarke.

With only around 45% of the artist programme revealed so far, plenty more is still to come before ADE takes over Amsterdam this October.
