CIRCOLOCO RECORDS COULD GET ITS OWN RADIO STATION IN GTA VI
Reported footage from an early version of the game appears to reveal a dedicated CircoLoco Records station, suggesting electronic music could play a major role in GTA VI’s soundtrack
CircoLoco Records could be getting its own dedicated radio station in Grand Theft Auto VI, according to reported footage from an early version of the game.
The footage, appears to show “CircoLoco Records Radio” listed among GTA VI's in-game stations. Other names reportedly visible include V-Rock, Dirty South Classics, Stockyard FM and Symphony FM.
While the CircoLoco station has not yet been officially confirmed by Rockstar Games, its appearance would make plenty of sense given the developer's longstanding relationship with electronic music and its direct involvement with the label.
Rockstar Games partnered with Ibiza party institution CircoLoco in 2021 to launch CircoLoco Records, an imprint created to showcase underground house and techno to a wider audience.
Its first compilation, Monday Dreamin', featured artists including Seth Troxler, Kerri Chandler, Dixon, Rampa and Sama' Abdulhadi.
The label remains active five years later. In 2026 alone, Rockstar's official news feed has featured CircoLoco Records releases from artists including Prospa, ANOTR, Jimi Jules, Michael Bibi and KETTAMA.
That makes a dedicated GTA VI station a natural next step for the partnership.
Dance music has been part of the Grand Theft Auto universe for years, with Rockstar previously bringing DJs including Moodymann, Palms Trax and The Blessed Madonna into its games. CircoLoco Records tracks have also appeared through GTA Online's Media Player.
A full CircoLoco Records station could potentially give house and techno a much bigger platform in GTA VI, although Rockstar has not confirmed its tracklist or even formally announced the station yet.
Given the label's catalogue, however, there is already plenty of music that could potentially find its way onto the soundtrack.
The news comes as anticipation around GTA VI continues to build following Rockstar's recent extended look at the game.
The next Grand Theft Auto is set in Vice City and the wider fictional state of Leonida, following protagonists Jason and Lucia as they become caught up in a criminal conspiracy.
Rockstar has officially confirmed that Grand Theft Auto VI will launch on November 19, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
With music and radio stations historically playing a major role in the identity of the Grand Theft Auto series, the possibility of CircoLoco Records Radio could give underground electronic music a significant presence in one of the year's biggest game releases.
For now, though, it's worth treating the station as reported rather than confirmed until Rockstar reveals GTA VI's official radio line-up.
