DUBAI'S OLDER RAVERS ARE REKINDLING THEIR LOVE OF DANCE MUSIC
If you think clubbing is just for the under-25s, think again.

A thriving community of older ravers in Dubai is proving that the desire to dance, connect, and lose yourself in the music doesn’t disappear with age, it just needs the right place to come alive.

Enter Ravers in Dubai, a grassroots movement dedicated to bringing back the magic of 90s & 00s rave culture, without the pretension or exhaustion of the city’s high-glam nightlife. The result? A dance floor filled with people who thought they’d never find this energy again in Dubai until they stumbled upon each other.
“It happens at every event” says founder Simon Fee. “Someone comes up and says, "I thought I was the only one left who wanted to do this!" The truth is, there are loads of us. We just needed a space that put music and people ahead of everything else. Someone else told me at the first event that it was their best ever night out in Dubai. I didn’t believe them. I hear that at every event. It’s totally bonkers!!!”

And here’s the best part, it’s absolutely free. No guest lists, no ticket fees, no bottle-service minimums. The Ravers in Dubai dance floor is open to everyone who brings their dancing shoes and an open mind. All are welcome.
With early start times, no-phones, and music-first values, Ravers in Dubai events are designed for people who want the connection and atmosphere of a classic rave, and still make brunch the next day.

The next gathering, ESSENTIAL’s Back To School Special on September 13th, is an open invitation to anyone who’s been missing “how it used to be” and wants to find their crowd again.
