PACHA NEW YORK OPENS WITH HISTORIC WEEKEND FEATURING SOLOMUN MICHAEL BIBI AND BLACK COFFEE

Pacha New York officially opened its doors this weekend, marking a major milestone for global nightlife culture with three sold-out nights headlined by Solomun, Michael Bibi and Black Coffee.

More than 50 years after the brand first launched in Ibiza, the arrival of Pacha in New York signals a new chapter for one of the world's most recognisable nightlife institutions. Bringing together world-class DJs, immersive production, elevated hospitality and a dancefloor-first philosophy, the venue welcomed thousands of guests across its highly anticipated opening weekend in Brooklyn.

The celebrations began on Friday with Solomun taking control of the decks for Pacha New York's official opening night. The performance marked a rare exception for the Bosnian-German DJ, who broke a self-imposed ten-year hiatus from performing in New York during Ibiza season to celebrate the occasion. Thousands gathered beneath the iconic twin cherries to witness the beginning of what many expect to be a defining new era for New York nightlife.

On Saturday, Michael Bibi delivered a sold-out performance that further cemented the venue's arrival on the global electronic music map. One of dance music's most beloved artists, Bibi brought his signature energy to Brooklyn, drawing fans from across the city and beyond for one of the weekend's most anticipated events.

The opening celebrations concluded on Sunday with Grammy Award-winning DJ and producer Black Coffee. The South African superstar delivered a powerful closing performance, bringing the three-day launch weekend to a memorable finish and reinforcing Pacha New York's commitment to showcasing the biggest names in global dance music.

The landmark opening also attracted an impressive guest list from the worlds of entertainment, sport and social media. VIP attendees throughout the weekend included Pete Davidson, Saweetie, Deacon Phillippe, Haley Kalil, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, Jadon Sancho, Ava Max, Myles O'Neal, Malik Yoba, Lameka Fox, Fabiola Baglieri, Gage Gomez, Alejandro Speitzer and many more.

The successful launch represents the culmination of years of planning and marks the first permanent New York home for the globally renowned brand. By combining the spirit of Ibiza with the energy and diversity of Brooklyn, Pacha New York aims to establish itself as a cornerstone of the city's nightlife landscape.

With opening weekend now complete, the venue is preparing for a packed summer programme featuring internationally acclaimed artists, special events and immersive club experiences that continue the legacy of the iconic Pacha name.

Tickets and VIP reservations for upcoming events are available now via Pacha New York.
