REKORDBOX NOW SUPPORTS DIRECT PLAYBACK FROM SPOTIFY

AlphaTheta has announced that its DJ software, rekordbox for Mac and Windows, now supports playback from Spotify. As the world’s leading audio streaming subscription service, Spotify offers access to over 100 million tracks and billions of playlists across a wide range of genres.

With this update, rekordbox for Mac/Windows now allows users with a Spotify Premium account to access Spotify’s vast music catalog and playlists directly within the software. You can mix Spotify tracks seamlessly with songs from your existing rekordbox library.

In Performance mode, you can select and play Spotify tracks on all compatible DJ gear—including any AlphaTheta or Pioneer DJ setup—whether you're practicing at home or performing for friends and family. This integration offers a new level of freedom and creativity, making it easier than ever to explore, curate, and mix music from the world’s most popular streaming service.
