SANDBOX SELECTS MAKES ITS DUBAI DEBUT AT HELIPAD

Sandbox SELECTS is set to land in Dubai for the first time on February 7, 2026, marking a major milestone for the team behind Sandbox Festival. The event will take place at Helipad Dubai, transforming the iconic open-air venue into a one-day celebration of underground electronic music.

Founded in Egypt, Sandbox Festival has become one of the region’s most respected electronic music events. Held annually in El Gouna, the multi-day festival is known for its carefully curated house and techno line-ups, hosting more than 70 international and regional artists across beachside stages and attracting a global community of music and culture enthusiasts.

Following the festival’s continued success in Egypt, Sandbox SELECTS represents the launch of a new international series, designed to take the brand’s signature sound beyond El Gouna. Dubai marks the first international destination for the SELECTS concept, with more to follow.

Set at Helipad by Frozen Cherry, the Dubai edition offers a boutique, open-air experience that distills the essence of Sandbox into a focused one-day format. Rather than replicating the scale of the flagship three-day festival, SELECTS spotlights the artists and energy that have shaped the Sandbox community over the past decade.

The inaugural lineup reflects this ethos, bringing together a mix of international and regional talent including DJ Holographic, Megatronic, Misty & Aly Goede, Kurls, and DNGR DNGR.

With Sandbox SELECTS Dubai, the brand opens a new chapter, establishing a recurring series in the city for those tuned into the underground electronic scene, while bringing the spirit of El Gouna’s dancefloors to one of the region’s most striking urban settings.
