TOMORROWLAND CONFIRMS ITS FIRST ASIA EDITION

Plans are confirmed for Tomorrowland Thailand – a full-scale edition of the festival, set to take place from 11th–13th December 2026.

The festival will land at Wisdom Valley in Pattaya, a 237-acre site in Chonburi Province, marking a major expansion for the brand best known for its flagship events in Belgium and spin-offs in South America.

Organisers say the Thailand edition will host more than 50,000 people per day across the three-day event.

Tomorrowland confirmed it's working in partnership with the Thai Government and the Tourism Authority of Thailand, positioning the festival as both a cultural event and a large-scale tourism driver.

Thailand was selected over several other Asian locations, with organisers pointing to the country’s infrastructure, creative ambition and global appeal.

For fans – the headline detail is that Tomorrowland’s CORE and Freedom stages will appear in Asia for the first time, alongside new stages and concepts developed specifically for Thailand.

The Belgian production team will work closely with a dedicated local crew, aiming to deliver the same level of storytelling, design, and technical detail the festival is best known for.

There will be no DreamVille camping at the Thailand edition. Instead, organisers plan to offer a wide range of hotel packages with shuttle services when sales open.

Hotel packages go on sale on 28th February, followed by the worldwide ticket sale on 7th March. Four ticket options will be available, including Full Madness and Comfort passes for the whole weekend, plus single-day pass options.

Tomorrowland CEO Bruno Vanwelsenaers described the move as a long-term commitment, rather than a one-off. “Expanding to a new continent is something we approach with respect,” he said, adding that Thailand felt like the right place to build something meaningful at scale.

For Asia’s dance music community, the Thailand announcement signals a major shift – bringing one of the world’s most recognisable electronic festivals directly into the region for the first time.

Pre-registration for tickets opens today, with the full lineup and theme details still to come.
