You’ve carved out a notable career in the tech-house scene. What drew you to the arts in the first place? I've always had a deep passion for music and creativity. It’s been a natural progression for me to turn that passion into a career. Inspiration for my work comes from everywhere — not just music and art, but also from the natural world and beyond.
When you're in the studio, what comes first: the sound or the concept? The idea usually comes first. But it’s important to note that my own sound always accompanies the idea — they go hand in hand. My vision for the track is what drives the sound I create.
Collaboration plays a significant role in your work. Are there any exciting collaborations on your upcoming album? Yes! I love collaborating with both vocalists and fellow producers. For my album, I worked with some amazing artists, including Mousse T, Lee Scratch Perry, Josh Butler, Leo Wood, Ian Ludvig, and Iuliano Mambo, it was a rich diverse mix of styles and influences.
