ANGHAMI LAUNCHES NEW ‘ANGHAMI ELITE’ PROGRAM

Anghami has announced the launch of Anghami Elite, a new flagship program dedicated to celebrating some of the most influential artists to shape music and culture across the Middle East and North Africa.

The program launches with a special edition dedicated to Angham, one of Arabic music’s most enduring voices, represented by Believe Artist Services.

Rather than focusing on a single release, Anghami Elite has been created to explore an artist’s wider career, creative evolution and cultural influence through exclusive content, curated listening experiences and fan-focused activations.

With a career spanning more than three decades, Angham has played a significant role in shaping modern Egyptian and Arabic music, building a catalogue that has connected with multiple generations of listeners across the region.

Her distinctive voice and ability to continually evolve her sound have established her as one of the Arab world’s most respected artists, making her the first musician selected for Anghami’s new initiative.

The inaugural Anghami Elite experience will take fans deeper into her career through specially curated listening experiences, personal stories and exclusive fan moments.

The program will revisit songs that have defined different stages of Angham’s career while also spotlighting her latest EP, De Rohy, exploring both her musical evolution and the emotional connection she has developed with audiences over the years.

Speaking about becoming the first artist featured through Anghami Elite, Angham explained that connecting with her audience has remained central to her career.

“It is always a pleasure to connect with my audience, whether through my music, on stage, or through meaningful partnerships and initiatives that allow me to share a different part of myself with them,” she said.

Angham added that the new initiative gives her another opportunity to share De Rohy in a more personal way, encouraging listeners to experience the project from a different perspective and continue using her music as the soundtrack to their own memories and experiences.

Anghami says Elite will extend beyond established catalogues to recognise the broader cultural impact artists have had throughout their careers.

The launch of Anghami Elite builds on the streaming platform’s focus on supporting and promoting Arabic music throughout the MENA region.
