BATTLE OF THE BANDS RETURNS TO DUBAI THIS JANUARY

Lock, Stock & Barrel turn the volume back up this January as the Battle of the Bands returns for another five-week run – kicking off on Wednesday 14th January from 9pm.

Run in partnership with Jim Beam, the competition celebrates local live music talent across the UAE, giving emerging bands a chance to perform in front of packed crowds across multiple venues.

The series unfolds across four live heats, ending in a final showdown where the strongest acts go head-to-head.

This year’s winning band walks away with AED 30,000 in cash, along with the title and bragging rights – after battling it out on stage in front of judges and fans alike.

The heats roll through Lock, Stock & Barrel’s Barsha Heights, Business Bay and JBR venues, before wrapping up with a grand final on the beachfront stage.

With weekly live performances and the competition heating up, Battle of the Bands continues to be one of the city’s longest-running platforms for grassroots live music, offering a rare chance for UAE-based bands to take centre stage.
