ELIE SAAB AND H&M ANNOUNCE DESIGNER COLLABORATION LAUNCHING THIS OCTOBER
The collection will bring ELIE SAAB’s signature glamour to womenswear, menswear, accessories and footwear, with the collaboration launching across the Middle East on October 22
H&M has revealed ELIE SAAB as its next designer collaborator, bringing one of fashion’s most recognisable couture houses into the high-street retailer’s long-running designer collaboration series.
Launching on October 22, 2026, the ELIE SAAB H&M collection will translate the Lebanese fashion house’s signature codes into a wider wardrobe spanning womenswear, menswear, accessories and footwear.
Founded in Beirut by Elie Saab, the house first gained recognition through its bridal creations before establishing itself internationally in haute couture.
Saab went on to become one of the first international members of France’s prestigious Chambre Syndicale de la Haute Couture, while his designs have become synonymous with elaborate craftsmanship, glamour and major red-carpet moments.
For H&M, the collaboration will take those signatures and reinterpret them across a more accessible collection.
Expect embellished gowns, shimmering separates and sharply cut tailoring, alongside details including fine lace, gradient sequins and ELIE SAAB's signature monograms.
Rather than focusing solely on occasionwear, the collection is set to offer a complete wardrobe, extending the ELIE SAAB aesthetic across multiple categories.
“This collection is created for all who admire the world of ELIE SAAB, and I hope it will be embraced with the same enthusiasm it was created with,” said Elie Saab, Chairman and Chief Creative Officer.
He added that the pieces had been designed to create “a complete wardrobe that speaks to every moment of a woman's life.”
H&M Creative Advisor and Head of Design Womenswear Ann-Sofie Johansson described the partnership as a “landmark collaboration”, highlighting Saab's journey from bridalwear in Beirut to the centre of the Paris fashion world.
The collaboration will have a strong Middle Eastern presence when it arrives later this year.
ELIE SAAB H&M launches on October 22, 2026, with the collection available in select stores across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar and Egypt, as well as online.
With ELIE SAAB's couture aesthetic being brought into the H&M universe, the collaboration offers fans of the house a new way to tap into its signature glamour without stepping onto the couture runway.
